Software Developer Co-Op
The interview was scheduled through the Co-op Team and it was technical and behavioral. The team tries to make you comfortable and asks C++ and general questions related to OOPS, as well as some behavioral questions.
Software Developer Intern
Pretty basic interview. They mostly asked questions about your past projects and experience that you mentioned on your resume. For example, what was your experience using components and what challenges you encountered.
C++ Software Engineer
I was applying through Insight Global. First of all, I had to pass the C++11 IKM test with a result of more than 90%. Then, I had a small interview with HR. Then, a technical interview with people from Ford, with a couple of live coding tasks.
