The company is faithful and loyal to the employee, always paying on time and fulfilling commitments.
The company seems state-owned. It wastes a lot of time internally on policies and ideological discussions that have nothing to do with the company's business in the automotive sector. Furthermore, there is a lot of internal "cliquishness". Result: it loses sales and its products lose credibility due to WOKE.
