I applied online through the company website. They sent a call letter through mail. The recruitment process took one day at the Ford Motor Company office, and the first round was a written test.

20-minute interview. Questions based on projects. Nothing else was asked, but they went deeper into our academic projects. Some "oops" concepts were asked for others.

It was a good experience. The only thing is you need to update yourself with the trending technologies. Have some basic idea about them. Be thorough with your resume.
