Ford

I applied through college and got shortlisted for the interview. It happened on a Teams call. They asked technical questions and behavioural questions. There was only one round of interview.

One aptitude round was held in our college (SRM Valliammai Engineering College). The selected ones were called to Ford along with several other colleges for the final HR interview (technical and personal).

It was a virtual interview. I applied through the Ford careers portal. I had the interview one week later after I applied. Unfortunately, I was not selected, but it was a good experience. I got the feedback one week later.
