You will get a chance to work with talented folks, but at the cost of losing your peace of mind.
No good benefits. The only good thing it had was work-life balance, and that’s already getting changed. Many organizations provide better insurance options, but here, the coverage limit and the persons covered are also not good. Workplace politics are at their peak. No actual growth. Poor leadership. Always a demanding work culture.
