Very good employment conditions, lots of vacation, hardly any overtime.
Hardly any interesting projects/teams in Germany.
The most technologically exciting things are being done in the USA.
Lots of administrative IT.
Hardly any opportunities for advancement for technical people in IT.
It was easy and fast. They didn’t ask too much and there were three interviews. The questions asked were pretty basic, all over Zoom. I didn’t accept the offer though. It seems good for a new grad.
I had around 2 to 3 rounds. I had a coding round, one hiring manager round, and one with the team. (The hiring manager and team can interview together as well). It was an online interview. The team and manager asked a mix of coding and questions b
The interview process was smooth and well-guided. The questions were about DBMS, OOPS, Software Testing, RDBMS, API, and also logical reasoning. The coding questions were at an easy level, and the one given to me was for reverse testing.
