I was on a great team, headed by a great project manager who was very no-nonsense, laid back, and understanding. Therefore, I believe my experience was unique and probably more positive than par.
Outside of my team, the company was quite bureaucratic and there was a lot of politics and maneuvering.
Higher hourly rates for contractors.
