I was in IT, actually, with some interesting stuff to be done.
Much of the company is being run like it is still 1990. They are constantly doing reductions in force. You have to aggressively seek out the best fit for your talents and in an area not likely to be cut. The old style at Ford is that your LL5 manager will help you manage your career moves. Nope.
