I had a great experience at Ford and learned a lot about working in a large company
The atmosphere at Ford is very relaxing and laid back. There are fair work hours and a wide variety of projects and areas to work in if you do not enjoy your current one. My co-workers and supervisor were very kind and helpful.
Decision-making is very slow. Getting special software onto your computer can take days to get approved. It is also easy to feel like just a face in the crowd because the company is so large. Additionally, you may find yourself with not much to do.
