- Will be treated as second class if you outwardly disagree with management.
- Management often disregards feedback from employees.
- People with no experience building software end up in leadership roles around software.
- Zero communication during off-boarding.
- Listen to the engineers who are leaving in droves.
- Put people in charge who have empathy and experience building software.
- When every single person in your org is complaining about your process, coach, listen to them.
