A good work-life balance is the only thing I can say was a pro.
There's a lack of communication on all levels. Management has a smug, know-it-all attitude. What planning exists is very opaque. Back office policy makes no sense, as you are required to return to the office to remotely connect with teams not even in the same building. Project management does not want to follow industry standards but wants to reinvent the wheel, with little feedback which gets dismissed as not wanting change.
Learn to communicate better and listen to everyone, not just Ford employees who are in management.
