The company pace is very manageable and usually not very stressful. All of the supervisors, directors, all the way through the high-level executives, during all-hands meetings, go out of their way to ensure that you are thriving and will succeed.
Being a very large automotive company, there is a lot of bureaucracy and safety controls put in place, even with software. It can be frustrating to deal with. They are trying to improve, so we will see how this plays out in the future. If you are coming from a faster-paced startup or tech company, just be prepared for this.
