People are mostly nice, and there's lots of technical freedom. Overall, not a bad entry-level job if you can stand the culture.
No technical leadership, almost impossible to move larger initiatives forward. Culture shaped by not being able to retain skilled employees.
Hire quality, not quantity. Don't tolerate nonsense, and don't propagate it to your line managers and employees.
