The team is full of talented and kind individuals. The pay is competitive, particularly for contract work. There is satisfaction in knowing that the software being developed will be used at a large scale in an interesting industry. The work environment is not overly stressful or excessively demanding.
The development requirements are very rigidly defined, leading to cookie-cutter code.
There are many layers of management, which feels bloated and reduces points of contact to team leads.
Company culture is lacking.
It was easy and fast. They didn’t ask too much and there were three interviews. The questions asked were pretty basic, all over Zoom. I didn’t accept the offer though. It seems good for a new grad.
I had around 2 to 3 rounds. I had a coding round, one hiring manager round, and one with the team. (The hiring manager and team can interview together as well). It was an online interview. The team and manager asked a mix of coding and questions b
The interview process was smooth and well-guided. The questions were about DBMS, OOPS, Software Testing, RDBMS, API, and also logical reasoning. The coding questions were at an easy level, and the one given to me was for reverse testing.
