Tech stack somewhat modern.
- Disconnect between management and devs.
- No documentation (no internal wikis, very little code comments).
- Management uses spreadsheets/PowerPoints to document things, instead of approved tools (Jira, etc.).
- Have to be on call for 7+ hours a day for mob programming.
- Poor code quality standards.
- Meetings outside of regular business hours.
- Trunk-based development without proper CI/CD practices to ensure code is fully tested before being deployed.
- Constantly putting out fires that can be easily prevented.

Software Engineer
It was easy and fast. They didn’t ask too much and there were three interviews. The questions asked were pretty basic, all over Zoom. I didn’t accept the offer though. It seems good for a new grad.
