First phone interview with HR, then invited for a face-to-face interview. It was a very friendly environment, and they asked mostly behavioral questions, such as where do you see yourself in five years, etc.

I was told to come in for an on-site interview in Dearborn, MI. The interview was scheduled for about 3 hours. A total of 4 people interviewed me. There were no technical questions, just a few questions about my background and projects that I put on

Video screening, then if the screening is passed, there will be a video interview with team members. All of whom will ask questions about skills and experience. You will also be asked about overcoming obstacles.
