Get your crap together and have a clean action plan. Get rid of micromanaging managers that have no clue how anything works and just blame their employees for their shortcomings. Stop looking for scapegoats and focus on actual work.

The interview was very focused on Python and test concepts. There were coding and concepts questions. Some of the coding questions required completion, and others were debugging tasks.
