Pros

Pay. Benefits. Travel options. Personal equipment.

Cons

Management Communication

Unethical hiring practices/promotions. Lack of diversity. False data and goals. False job descriptions.

Advice to Management

Hire operations managers with at least 5 years of experience outside of the role (not just who you like). The majority of OM positions require eight to 10 years.

Hire a qualified director who doesn't put their personal needs above the company (with a Master's), so it doesn't take them four hours to determine how many employees are needed per shift. OR hire a personal assistant when it's not in the budget.

Hire a VP who doesn't give the same motivational speech every meeting and then goes and does the opposite, OR threatens employees over his personal assistant.
