Pay is not terrible, vacation is good.
Everyone has a blame game mentality. They are very disrespectful to one another and curse at you constantly. No respect is given. Compensation and benefits are below industry standard. Casual time means working for free.
Respect your hard-working employees, not just UAW but also the salary team.
