Great company to grow and gain knowledge. The pay is not bad. Work-life balance (pending your supervisor and department) can be great, but not in my department. For the most part, I enjoy my job and the people I work with; they are smart and very helpful.
Work-life balance – although it is all mapped out on the HR site, don't count on it. If you get it, then count your blessings, since it depends on your supervisor.
Management should be on the same page. Flexibility shouldn't be okay with some and not others, pending their background. It creates bad camaraderie in the department. Also, personnel should not get raises and promotions because they know someone instead of earning it.
Besides a couple of issues, overall, I enjoy working for the company.
