I applied through their website. The first round was a remote 2.5-hour coding exam, with 10 multiple-choice and 4 coding questions. Then I got an in-person interview after two weeks. It was a one-to-one interview. The interviewer asked me to tell him about my resume and followed with a few questions, mostly related to networking stuff.

Pros: It has been more than 4 years since I started working here. It feels good to say that I have enjoyed each day at work, which kept me challenged.
The transition from college to the corporate world was a smooth change. I found that the learning curve is an never-ending journey here at Fortinet.
One thing that stands out from my journey so far is the immense support and transparency showcased by the senior management. This is something I would say will not be found everywhere.
Cons: No cons.
But the only thing as a suggestion could be, team events can be more.

Cons: You should always make yourself visible. Work itself won't talk; you have to talk for yourself.
