Multiple online assessments, followed by a phone interview. The whole interview experience highly depends on the manager who gave you the interview. Some managers did not prepare the questions well (they do not know what they are asking for and look for whatever chances they find to crash you). Others prepare the questions very well and can be inspiring. Unluckily, I had an interview with managers of both kinds. To average things out, it was not worth interviewing with them. I have no idea how they get into the top company.
