Stable But Stagnant Braindead Job

Pros: WLB, no PIP, no layoff.
If you just want a place to retire and a stable, "braindead" job working on business logic that means nothing to you, this is a good fit.
Cons: Low pay, slow promo, no growth.
There are some especially incompetent managers/directors here. Who came to Canada in the early 2000s and pretty much stay here forever, and just seem to be out of touch with pretty much everything. You are literally wasting your life here. Any self-respecting, intelligent, or aspirational individual would not last long here.
