I applied via my LinkedIn and set up an interview within a week.
The total interview took one hour, with multiple-choice questions, then it was followed up by a discussion in regard to my background.
Questions
Multiple-choice questions about pointless and nonsensical PCB design issues. Most of the questions are not designed to attest to a candidate's capability in circuit design. It isn't worth wasting time to attend the interview. I am totally disappointed by the level they lowered me to.
