Process

I applied to the Open House and met one of the team leads. The interaction led to an onsite interview where I was given a general test and an aptitude test to complete in an hour.

This was followed up by a 1-hour meeting with the hiring manager. After several days, the recruiter invited me to a second interview where I was asked to prepare for an Assembly test.

The second interview consisted of the Assembly test (~1 hour), a meeting with the team lead and hiring manager, and finally a meeting with other members of the AV team.
