Process

Went to an open house and talked to the hiring manager. Got a call the next day for a skill test. It was a 90-minute written test on hardware concepts such as EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and VHDL.

Got another call about a week later for a 2:1 interview with a senior engineer and a senior manager. The interview was scheduled for about an hour. Questions were asked based on my resume and past projects. The interviewers were very nice and professional.

Questions

Amplifier circuits, asked to draw the output based on the input.
