Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Vancouver, British Columbia
Process
The two senior technical directors came to take the interview.
Both did not introduce themselves or tell me about the company/project. They didn't even say hello.
They did not go through my CV.
Their communication was very weak. They only mentioned that they have been working for more than 10 years in the same company.
Luckily, I am not joining Fortinet. In my over decade-long career, I have never experienced such lame-duck senior people, who even do not know how to conduct an interview.
I can bet if these two people went for an interview at another company, they would not be suitable for any job in IT. But in Fortinet, they are director or senior director.
Most inefficient people I have seen in the IT industry till now.
I got the offer and rejected it.
