1st round: Standard HR call.
Then proceeded to interview with the director.
Then 2 rounds of technical interviews, mostly focusing on network and C questions.
Interviewers were very friendly, and I enjoyed myself going through all 4 rounds.
Questions
Explain the 3-way handshake, the difference between UDP and TCP, etc.

Pros: The working environment is completely stressless. You can take as much time as you want to complete your tasks. Even near the release deadlines, you won't feel that much stress like other companies.
It has a friendly culture. People's behavior is very nice.
Cons: There is no career plan for employees.
The tasks are usually very boring. Maybe that is why it is stressless.
The main language in the working environment is Mandarin!
Very few sessions between team members.
