Cons: No major concern about the company.

Pros: Job security is good; the firm keeps hiring because cyber-security solutions are in high demand. They hire a lot of young people.

Cons: Salaries are below the industry average, especially when compared to other US firms with offices in Canada. An extremely high number of Chinese immigrant workers speak poor English, leading to real diversity issues in some departments. Only 15 days of PTO are allowed in your first year. There are no sick days; you have to take PTO if you are sick, as no remote work is allowed. No food options are available on-site, not even snacks. You need a car. Only coffee and tea are available. The working day is 8 hours, but no lunch break is included. So, you actually must stay 9 hours at the office every day.

Cons: Pay is relatively low, and promotion is a little hard.
