Failed, as there were 2 algorithmic questions that could not be resolved. My main time was spent on the "air invader" problem. The time limit was tight, and there were 12 questions total: 8 selection and 4 algorithmic coding questions.

Pros: People are friendly here, willing to help each other and get better and better. You can choose how to achieve the requirement by yourself. Flexible work time.
Cons: Pay is not as much as others. Usually, there are additional requirements before release, which delays the release time. No one applies for overtime pay.
