A 5-hour interview was conducted. All interviewers were nice and asked questions about OS, data structures, and computer networks. There was also a coding test, which was not hard. The whole interview experience was nice!

Pros: Reasonable workload. Great management and growth potential, at least in my team.
Cons: Coworkers have a little bit of a boring culture in some teams.

Good company, benefits good, and direction strong

Pros: Pay is good.
Benefits are decent.
The work is interesting and the company direction is solid. There are some big company usual issues, but nothing major.
Cons: "Unlimited PTO" does not equal proper PTO in a year if not approved. I would have much preferred just a 3-6 week policy that comes with seniority.
I would like to see more collaboration between products.
