I met with the VP of Quality Assurance from their Burnaby office. He was very rude and condescending. The interview was supposed to be 30 minutes, but he cut it short. I have open-source experience with good companies and projects, but he didn't seem to understand what open source is and thought I was lying, despite my GitHub being clearly provided. Overall, he didn't seem to know anything about the industry but insisted on asking me quasi-technical questions. At the end of the interview, he said he "was looking for someone who understands networking" without having asked any questions about networking. I really hope the rest of their executives aren't also rude and uninformed. Don't waste your time here.
How can I verify your open-source experience?
