The first screening was telephonic. It went well, with some basic exchange about the job profile, day-to-day activities, and understanding of the job role.
After preliminary screening of my CV, my basic understanding of technology was checked.
The second round was a face-to-face interview with the hiring authority and a senior member of the technical staff.
The face-to-face interview went quite heavy, depending on the position you have applied for; the level of screening gets into details.
The third and fourth rounds were telephonic and were with the Human Resources department.
Questions
Questions on Layer 2 and Layer 3 Protocols.
Troubleshooting questions on services based on L2/L3 devices.
Questions on the DHCP, DNS protocols, flow of messages, and some troubleshooting questions on the same.
VPN related questions.
