Very friendly communication. They touch upon all of the resume points in order to be thorough in their assessment. I find that the online test was quite difficult because it encompasses many different subjects, such as networks, SQL, programming, OSI/TCP models, and in-depth IP communications, etc.
I did not find anything to comment as a "con". This is a very big and global company, and they have every right to screen their candidates in any way they see fit.
