The office environment needs to be improved, as some facilities are outdated.
Some particular teams are mismanaged and very hard to work with (although some teams are great).
There is no free parking.
OT (Overtime) dinner really needs to improve in quality and increase in budget, as people stay later for important work and deserve a nice meal to relieve the pressure.
Salaries for testers and QA are not very competitive compared to other dev positions.
- Should not promote people to manager only based on their seniority and technical knowledge. Leadership and people skills are also important and should be considered.
