The Bangalore engineering team has got a lot of patents, and engineering management helps to foster a lot of innovation by encouraging new ideas. Colleagues are helpful, friendly, and very competent.

Commuting to the office from any place other than East Bangalore is very difficult. Cabs can be provided to ease commute tensions.
