The company will definitely grow in numbers; the portfolio fulfills many of the market needs.
Many new things to learn from a technology point of view and from others.
Local management style is not corporate. Your job and success is not valued. Some managers or directors just use your achievements to make credit for themselves.
If you go faster than others, management will even you up with the rest. No room for individual success.
Roulette of changes are part of the system, most in a last-minute advice.
Your commissions may not increase as the company grows; it is likely to make less.
Get real leaders in the company. Learn from bigger companies; imitate the good.
