Pros

Not when compared to the previous HR who moved to Canada.

Cons

Employee programs are nil. HR is least bothered about employees. All goodies plans are taken out. Cost cutting in employee programs.

Advice to Management

When the previous HR was there, things were really awesome. Employees were happy with activities, feedback on catering, goodies, etc. Please bring back the old culture. Now it is completely cost-cutting from management. I'm not sure if the budget is given from management and not being delivered to employees 100%. If not, the number of people resigning from the company will reduce. Take care of employees, and employees will automatically take care of the business.
