Zero team spirit. Bad location. Little flex in hours and little remote opportunity. Total disconnect from customers. Soulless environment. No competitive raise schedule. Nowhere good to eat nearby. Lunchtime is extra; time taken eating must stay later to make up.
Needs a decent cafeteria where people can interact socially and eat without going way out of their way or ordering in.
Provide an actual lunch break so people can talk rather than rushing back to desks.
Social events that aren't terrible.
Give actual raises.
Let us actually know what customers are saying.
Do something about all the beige.
