I apply, then they send me an assessment to take. I pass, then they schedule a virtual interview. I pass again, then I go to take an onsite assessment. I haven't heard from them since last time, so I think I failed.

Briefly, a self-introduction, technical test, and face-to-face questions. The labs are set up with a Fortinet firewall, Cisco router, and switch lab. Four lab troubleshooting scenarios related to network or firewall configuration.

Online screening test followed by a face-to-face interview with the senior managers of the development team. The overall process took around 2 weeks. The online test was not easy, but not impossible either.
