Pros

Devices provided on the first day. Onboarding processes include both readily available documentation and introductory meetings. Friendly and flexible IT, who was able to accommodate my needs even though a miscommunication relayed them late.

Cons

A lot of security means workstation slowdown.

Honda's CEO spoke of a key factor about their company's rise to the forefront of the industry. He emphasized actively encouraging every employee to submit improvement suggestions and advising their superiors, managers, and even the CEO to take them into high consideration.

The viewpoint of those close to the ground can be eye-opening and a game-changer in the long run. Continue to take their suggestions into consideration.
