Pay is solid, with a bonus and benefits also being solid.
A professional work environment, with no "bro culture" or nonsensical elitism that you typically see in larger development companies.
Tech stacks are sprawling, offering great career development with constant exposure to a variety of things.
Unlimited PTO has an unspoken consecutive time limit. Taking more than 2 weeks is frowned upon. Although, if you make arrangements, it is fine.
The return to office initiative is not great.
Overall, FTNT is the place to be, and it is a great company. I don't really have negatives here.
