As an engineer who enjoys technologies, this is a great place to work.
Not much team and fun activities.
Be careful with your hiring process. Friend hiring friend is not a problem if the friend (new hire) knows what he's doing, is motivated, and willing to learn. Hiring a friend simply because he's a friend introduces unfair treatment in the team.
