Basically unlimited PTO, as long as it's approved and your work is done.
If you can't understand Chinese, it makes communication difficult at times. For a person that knows their stuff and can articulate it well, you can work past the language hurdle; it's really not a barrier.
Be more transparent with the chain of command in R&D and communicate more with developers. Encourage more team communication.
