Pay for parking even when the company owns the building.
Chaotic environment (a lot of time wasted).
No snacks whatsoever or cafeteria. There are vending machines, and you are supposed to be happy because they exist.
Invest in bringing more young talent. Invest in updating internal processes. Stop charging your employees for things like parking and snacks.
