The working environment is completely stressless. You can take as much time as you want to complete your tasks. Even near the release deadlines, you won't feel that much stress like other companies.
It has a friendly culture. People's behavior is very nice.
There is no career plan for employees. The tasks are usually very boring. Maybe that is why it is stressless. The main language in the working environment is Mandarin! Very few sessions between team members.
