Pay is good.
Benefits are decent.
The work is interesting and the company direction is solid. There are some big company usual issues, but nothing major.
"Unlimited PTO" does not equal proper PTO in a year if not approved. I would have much preferred just a 3-6 week policy that comes with seniority.
I would like to see more collaboration between products.
Our Europe and Australian friends brag about their PTO allocation. You can be the change we need and institute 5-6 week time off a year. Your employees will work harder, and you'll retain the best talent in the industry. It might seem like a negative return, but you'll soak up all the talent in every tech hub.
