Everything is good enough.
No cons from my views.
They send you a packet of information 1-2 days before the interview. There are a few rounds of interviews with different people, some of whom almost seem offended that you can't answer things perfectly after they sent you 'all the info'.
Written test + telephonic interview. (Written test on C with questions on data structure and basic C.) Telephonic interview with some questions on TCP/IP and C. Questions from: * Linked list * String manipulation * Balanced binary tree * Maze prob
Submitted the application online. The first phone screen is from HR, asking some behavioral questions and citizenship status. Followed by an on-site skills test. Finally, a 1:1 interview with four interviewers, each about one hour.
