The base compensation is ok.
Nice view of the sea from the office.
First-line managers and directors are all clueless and incompetent, both on a technical and interpersonal level.
I swear to God, I have never seen so much trash occupying leadership roles. Some of the directors can't even write proper English without sounding mentally handicapped.
Never in my career have I experienced such a terrible experience.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Fire them all!!!
