Good work-life balance overall.
Not much scope to grow in career.
The first step was an exam that was sent via a link. The second was in-camera. It was quite easy actually, even though I didn't pass it for some reason.
Submitted the application online. The first phone screen is from HR, asking some behavioral questions and citizenship status. Followed by an on-site skills test. Finally, a 1:1 interview with four interviewers, each about one hour.
It was a joke. They only wanted to hire women and wanted to hire entirely based on fit rather than ability, so they showed very little interest in my accomplishments. I don't even think they read my resume. Also, one of the guys stared at my chest.
